One year after the release of his 18.04 EP, dedicated to the birth of his son, Spanish producer and Sincopat label head AFFKT is back with a brand new Pets adventure - The Pursuit Special EP. Having already dropped fresh releases on labels such as Global Underground, Polaris, and Stil vor Talent in 2024, AFFKT now presents a three-track powerhouse, kicking off with Bartertown, a track that sets the tone with a growling bassline, pulsating synths, and a cinematic sci-fi melody that brings a hard-hitting groove straight to the dancefloor. Krat, a seamless continuation of the cosmic cowboy adventure, with its mysterious melodies from a dystopian wasteland and a relentless tempo, pushes the boundaries of AFFKTs distinctive sound. The EP closes with Ga, a masterful fusion of sirens, bubbling sounds, cascading effects, and inventive off-beat rhythms-rounding off The Pursuit Special EP as an exciting and futuristic musical adventure. STEP is the new concept vinyl only label from the founder of PETS, that highlights the rawest forms & root functions of quality club music. It finds the fundamental groove with under-the-radar house & techno that isn't afraid to be rough around the edges.
Each new STEP will be released every four months on vinyl only.
