On Thursday, September 19, Nat King Cole’s twin daughters Casey and Timolin Cole arrived for opening reception of the “Project Encore! Arts & Culture Upcycling” Exhibit as part of the Nat King Cole Generation Hope Project.
The exhibit showcased 30 guitar assemblages made by over 50 art students over the last 2 years. Materials used include paint, fabric, concrete, found objects and collage to transform guitars into unique works of art.
The exhibit runs until Wednesday, October 30th in the HU Gallery on the Lake Worth campus and is free and open to the public.
