2) No use of steroids or haram substances
3) Correct dress code (with awrah covered)
4) Prayer comes before gym (pause workouts to pray)
5) Do not over workout (it will not make you stronger) the balanced approach is always best as we muslims are a balanced nation Alhamdulillah.
