Motion sickness advice
Motion or sea sickness are conditions that causes nausea, dizziness, and vomiting. It happens to certain people when they are in a car or on a boat.
Here are my 5 preventive tips.
First, if you are in a car, you should sit in the front and keep your eyes in the direction you are moving. But if you are on a boat, stay on the open deck and look at a fixed point in the distance.
Second, avoid reading or using your mobile, but most importantly avoid eating heavy meals before traveling.
Third, if you have motion sickness, stay still, avoid sudden movements and take a deep breath.
Fourth, you can take Dizinil or Dramamine. // they help prevent and also treat motion or sea sickness. They work best if you take them ½ an hour before your travel.
Finally, if you are planning to be on a cruise a better option is to use scopolamine patches on the skin behind your ear.
