The school lunches need to be fixed! How is America supposed to fix childhood obesity if the main food they get at school, where they spend a large chunk of their day is peanut butter and jelly crustables and high fructose corn syrup!?!
Oh, Doc, you are FAR TOO LOGICAL and sane for the majority of Western society, but keep on chipping away. I pray you have the strength to continue in your efforts to educate and encourage us! I tried over 50 years ago to speak rationally abt food & nutrition (the lack of it in typical American dietary choices), but quickly realized there were vested interests far more powerful than me (starting with Washington D.C. lobbyists). π€π
When in grocery stores in the us, the healthiest stuff is around the perimeter walls. The poison is all in the center of the store.
This is the Dr. Dhand we need to hear from, sticking to and addressing the issues and telling it like it is.
I agree 100%. I'm 78 yrs old, and I am diligent about my own health, which is excellent. I follow and adhere to everything you promote. I, too, am hopeful that our leadership must be militant in ending this epidemic of trash living.
We should rally with a trumpet and not a whimper. Put pressure on the FDA to make more changes.

We need to change the school food here in the US too. Go look what grade schoolers get in other top teir countries. Then look at ours... it's simply DISPICABLE

I look forward to seeing RFK get confirmed but we don't have to wait until then. And even then changes are going to come slowly. I suggest every individual start today eating healthy. Eliminate carbs and all processed food. Whether you do keto, carnivore, Mediterranean or whatever you have to do it yourself.
Personal accountability and discipline. It starts with one person at a time. Keep putting it out there. Whole food!! Find a local farmer to buy from
We have lost weight and improved our health by eating whole food that we grow, more exercise and avoiding sugar and artificial stuff. We are pushing 70 and still active. Have occasional, once every 3 months, meals out.
