Watched the whole thing, it’s fkn incredible. It’s very comically self-aware, basically a comedy isekai but just so well done. Incredible animation and despite being a comedy, fights go increeeeeedibly hard.

Cid is weird. He’s perfectly honed himself to fighting and understanding his environment, but just doesn’t have people skills. He’s never learned how to properly socialize and understand other people, and just happens to have the most stupidly ridiculous luck. He’s a genius that lacks social ability, and is somehow able to perfectly play it off in every circumstance.
